Case:

Ms. Fe is about to marry Atty. Fred when she discovered that Atty. Fred is married to a certain Mrs. Fel in 1970 and to another woman, Mrs. Francine in 1975. Devastated by this discovery and with so much bitterness of what happened, Ms. Fe consulted you on how she can file a case for Disbarment against Atty. Fred.

Prepare a legal opinion for the guidance of Ms. Fe answering the following questions:

1. Can Ms. Fe file a petition for disbarment against Atty. Fred eventhough the wedding didn't push through? Why?

2. What will be the procedure for disbarment. Discuss in full details.
